This workshop welcomes beginners and experienced practitioners of mindfulness. The day will include experiential meditations, mindfulness practices and discussions. The day is intended to explore the many aspects of mindfulness, to cultivate present- moment awareness, and enhance well-being.
Take some time for yourself, and be with like minded people, in a peaceful and safe space.
Cost of the day: £45 per person ( tea and coffee included).
