Response to Covid-19
In light of the current situation of Covid-19 there will be a hold on face to face delivery of mindfulness training.
At this time, mindfulness and yoga have been recommended interventions to help manage stress and anxiety that has been evoked by the Covid-19 outbreak.
Inessentia Mindfulness is working quickly and tirelessly in response to this need and will soon have online interactive Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) courses available. It is important that the MBSR courses are interactive as if they are online only, with no real time interaction, with guidance and support from a teacher, much is lost from the MBSR course experience. Course dates will be announced soon.
