Online Mindfulness Yoga course starts May 6th 2020
During this challenging time, yoga and mindfulness can provide a pathway to calm, feeling grounded and centred, while improving the quality of the body’s immune system and, generally, enhance well-being.
This unique Mindfulness course integrates mindfulness and yoga while we move toward self- inquiry in a gentle way. This synergism of the mind and body, invites the whole organism to participate more fully in the life experience.
The course includes a series of 8 sessions that are held virtually, every Wednesday from 6th May, 5:30- 7:30 pm BST.
Session 1- 6th May
Session 2- 13th May
Session 3- 20th May
Session 4- 27th May
Session 5- 3rd June
Session 6- 10th June
Session 7- 17th June
Session 8- 24th June
This programme is not prescriptive in that you are measured against other participants, or meeting a specific criterion. Each individual will have their own unique experience.
The programme is accessible to all (aged 16 or over). This is not a religious practice, allowing anyone to join.
This course is provided at a reduced cost, in an endeavour to make it accessible for all.

What you will need for the course:
A yoga mat
A suitable space where you will be undisturbed for the duration of the class
An iPad/ laptop (you may use an iPhone, but it is preferable you have a larger device or a projector, to give you a reasonable size image for you to view.
You will need to complete and return a health questionnaire sent to participants on joining
We will be connecting via Zoom. Once enrolled on the course, participants will be sent an invite to link to Zoom, and they would need to download it before the first session. A link will be sent to participants to join each session ahead of the start time.
